I am so glad that I stopped at PAL's Sewing & Vacuum Center. I was having a problem with the handle of my Pfaff sewing machine. Somehow the pin had come loose and the handle wasn't attached properly. Casey helped me right away. He turned the sewing machine upside down, found the pin, and reattached the handle on the spot. We had a great conversation and I can carry my sewing machine easily once again! I was amazed that he was willing to fix it right away. Thank you for the great service!
